Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS – RR SOCCER ACADEMY

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in all programs, training sessions, competitions, leagues, events, and activities offered by RR Soccer Academy (“RR Soccer Academy,” “the Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

RR Soccer Academy is a U.S. Soccer–sanctioned soccer club and is authorized to compete in any league, competition, or event sanctioned by U.S. Soccer or its affiliated governing bodies, including but not limited to NorCal Premier Soccer.

 

By registering a player, the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

1. Club Membership & Term

​

Registration constitutes enrollment in RR Soccer Academy as a competitive soccer club.
All registrations are for a one (1) year commitment, covering the club season.
The standard payment cycle runs from February through November of each calendar year.
Early withdrawal, lack of attendance, or dismissal does not cancel the annual obligation, except as outlined in this Agreement.

2. Registration, Fees & Payments

An initial registration payment is required to secure a roster spot.
Monthly club fees are due according to the established payment schedule.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to:

  • Missed trainings

  • Injuries

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Voluntary withdrawal

  • Playing time dissatisfaction

  • ​

Failure to remain current on payments may result in:

  • Suspension from training and matches

  • Removal from rosters

  • Loss of league eligibility

  • ​

RR Soccer Academy reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances.

​

3. Promotions & Special Pricing

​

Any promotional, early bird, or discounted rate offered at the time of registration:

  • Will be honored for the full club year

  • Is non-transferable

  • Applies only to the registered player and season

 

Promotions do not alter the annual commitment or other contractual obligations.

4. Attendance, Training & Competition

​

Players are expected to attend all scheduled trainings, matches, and team events.
Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be made up.

​

Training schedules, match calendars, and league formats are subject to change based on:

  • League decisions (NorCal / U.S. Soccer)

  • Facility availability

  • Weather

  • Coaching assignments

 

Playing time is determined by coaches based on development, commitment, attitude, and team needs.

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

​

Soccer is a physical sport involving inherent risks, including serious injury.
By registering, parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

​

RR Soccer Academy, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, leagues, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

​

Parents/guardians agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless RR Soccer Academy from any claims arising from participation.

​

6. Medical Authorization

​

Parents/guardians authorize RR Soccer Academy staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if needed.


All medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed prior to participation.


Medical costs remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

​

7. Code of Conduct (Players & Parents)

​

Players agree to:

  • Respect coaches, teammates, referees, opponents, and facilities

  • Maintain discipline, effort, and sportsmanship

  • Follow club rules and league regulations (NorCal / U.S. Soccer)

  • ​

Parents/Guardians agree to:

  • Support positive sideline behavior

  • Respect coaching and referee decisions

  • Avoid interference with training or matches

  • Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up

 

RR Soccer Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove any player or family for conduct detrimental to the Club.


No refunds will be issued in disciplinary cases.

8. Media Release

​

By registering, parents/guardians grant permission for RR Soccer Academy to use photos, videos, and media of participants for:

  • Marketing

  • Promotional

  • Educational purposes

  • ​

Consent may be withdrawn only by written request to:

9. Program & Club Changes

​

RR Soccer Academy may modify:

  • Training schedules

  • Locations

  • Coaching assignments

  • Team structures

 

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or contract termination.

10. Intellectual Property

​

All training methodologies, curriculum, drills, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of RR Soccer Academy.

Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

 

11. Governing Law

​

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

​

12. Financial Responsibility Clause

​

By enrolling a player in RR Soccer Academy, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that they are financially responsible for the full annual commitment, regardless of attendance, injury, playing time, team placement, or voluntary withdrawal.

​

Failure to complete the agreed payment schedule does not release the family from the financial obligation.

​

RR Soccer Academy reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the player from training and matches

  • Withhold league registration, player passes, or roster eligibility

  • Deny future participation until all balances are paid

 

Outstanding balances may be pursued through reasonable collection methods permitted by law.

13. League & Federation Compliance

​

RR Soccer Academy operates under the rules, policies, and regulations of:

  • U.S. Soccer Federation

  • NorCal Premier Soccer

  • Any affiliated leagues or governing bodies

  • ​

Families and players agree to comply with all league and federation requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Player registration and eligibility rules

  • Transfer, release, and roster movement policies

  • Disciplinary actions and sanctions

 

Decisions made by leagues or governing bodies are final and not subject to refund, appeal, or contract termination with RR Soccer Academy.
