At RR Soccer Academy (“RR Soccer Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for players, parents, and community members. RR Soccer Academy is a U.S. Club Soccer–sanctioned soccer club operating under the authority of the U.S. Soccer Federation.
 
We make reasonable efforts to provide access to our programs, services, and digital platforms in accordance with applicable laws and governing-body regulations.
 
Scope & Legal Framework
 
Accessibility accommodations are provided consistent with:

• Applicable federal, state, and local laws (including the Americans with Disabilities Act, where applicable)

• The Terms & Conditions of RR Soccer Academy

• Policies and regulations of U.S. Club Soccer, U.S. Soccer Federation, NorCal Premier Soccer, and any affiliated leagues or governing bodies

• Guarantee participation, placement, playing time, or continued enrollment

• Modify the competitive nature of the program

• Override safety standards, league rules, or governing-body decisions

We make ongoing, good-faith efforts to:

RR Soccer Academy may utilize third-party platforms for registration, payments, scheduling, or league compliance. We do not control the accessibility of these platforms and are not responsible for their limitations. On-Field & Program Accessibility
 
Facilities
RR Soccer Academy trains and competes at facilities owned or operated by third parties (schools, municipalities, or private venues). We do not control these facilities and cannot guarantee full accessibility at all locations. Facility accessibility is subject to availability and venue policies.
 
Player Accommodations
RR Soccer Academy may consider reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis, which may include modified drills or communication support.
 
All accommodations are subject to:

• Player safety

• Program integrity

• Coaching discretion

• League, U.S. Club Soccer, and U.S. Soccer regulations
   

RR Soccer Academy reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a requested accommodation is reasonable, appropriate, and consistent with the competitive structure of the program.
 
Competitive & Safety Disclaimer
 
Soccer is an inherently physical and competitive sport. Certain activities, drills, and match environments may not be suitable for all individuals. RR Soccer Academy does not guarantee that all programs, teams, or competitive levels can be fully modified to accommodate every request.
 
Participation remains subject to:

• Annual contractual commitment

• Medical clearance and player eligibility

• Compliance with club policies and league requirements
   

League & Governing Body Authority
 
RR Soccer Academy operates as a U.S. Club Soccer–sanctioned club under the U.S. Soccer Federation and may participate in leagues including NorCal Premier Soccer and other sanctioned competitions.
 
Decisions made by leagues, governing bodies, referees, or facility operators related to competition, eligibility, discipline, or logistics are final and not subject to refund, modification, or appeal through accessibility requests.
