RR Soccer Academy is a U.S. Club Soccer–sanctioned soccer club and operates in compliance with applicable U.S. Soccer–affiliated league and federation requirements.

If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will promptly notify the parent or guardian and take reasonable steps to delete such information.

By registering a player with RR Soccer Academy, the parent or legal guardian grants permission for RR Soccer Academy to collect, use, and publish photographs, videos, and other media featuring the registered minor. This may include, but is not limited to:

By completing registration, parents/guardians acknowledge that:
 

• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-reschedule regardless of the reason

• Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law
   

RR Soccer Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility availability, safety concerns, or coach availability. Make-up sessions may be offered at the club’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
 
Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer
 
Participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By enrolling a player, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.
 
RR Soccer Academy, its directors, officers, coaches, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents/guardians agree to hold RR Soccer Academy harmless from claims related to participation.
 
Third-Party Services
 
RR Soccer Academy may use third-party service providers (such as payment processors, league registration platforms, and scheduling systems). These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard personal information and use it only for authorized purposes.
